Landlord Fees

We at Fair-Way Lettings believe in a fair, clear and open fee principle and as such have all ours fees on our site clearly displayed prior to agreeing to them.

Our Full Property Management Fees are as follows:

A property with a rental price below £600 pcm is set at a Full Property Monthly Management Fee of £51.00 inclusive of VAT (£42.50 + VAT a Month).

A property with a rental price of £600 pcm and above is set a Full Property Monthly Management Fee of £63.00 inclusive of VAT (£52.50 + VAT a Month).

* 1 – Please note that there is a minimum charge of £96 Inc Vat (£80 +Vat)
* 2 – Charged by Fair-Way Lettings when required
* 3 – Please note that the cost of the Possession Order is not included in the admin fee
* 4 – Please note that the cost of the Warrant is not included in the admin fee
* 5 – Fair-Way Lettings will loan sufficient heaters to the tenants during a repair on a Boiler or Electrical Heating System for the duration of the repair, Subject To Availability

 

Client Money Protection

We do not currently have Client Money Protection, however all client money is held in a separate client account.

Client Money Protection is not legally required at present in the Letting Industry
